So, I passed 100,000 followers a short while ago, but I didn’t have the money at the time to celebrate with a giveaway. I have now passed 115,000 and now I want to give a little something back to say thank you… again, hehe ^___^ x

There will be two sets of prizes. One for my Tumblr followers, and one for my Instagram followers.

All of these prizes have been imported from Japan and feature the official “Approved by Studio Ghibli” sticker, so are really high quality!

A small Totoro plush and a medium Catbus plush.

Here it is: the final Disney/Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur trailer released this morning! This short trailer shows more of the story between Arlo the dinosaur and Spot the boy. 

Directed by animator/story artist/voice actor Peter Sohn (you’ll recognize him as the voice of Remy’s brother Emile on Ratatouille, or perhaps as Squishy from Monsters University), The Good Dinosaur comes to theaters on November 25.

Today Limbo had is first official shed with me since having him, and it came off in one piece! However, he also peed on me and my bed when I had him out today. So I guess that’s two firsts for the book.

So in the trailer for The Jungle Book we see King Louie…and through an article John Favreau states that he is in fact not an orangutan but an extinct ape by the name of Gigantopithecus. 

This was done because orangutans do not, in fact, live in India. But  Gigantopithecus did. 

I love the idea of this giant living fossil leading a community of monkeys who view him as a god.

That’s actually pretty neat and finally we have a Gigantopithecus that isn’t the yeti or f'ing bigfoot.
